International students should have a physical examination before applying for a residence in Huai'an. The instructions of the physical examination of international students are followings:

1. Applicants must go to the customs physical examination center in neighboring cities (for example, Lianyungang) for physical examination.

2. Applicants can get the physical examination report in the day at Lianyungang Customs Physical Examination Center.

3. The address of Lianyungang Customs Physical Examination Center is: Lianyungang Branch of Jiangsu International Travel Health Center, Dongyuan Road, Lianyun District, Lianyungang. Business hours are 8:30-5:00 working day (physical examination will be taken only every morning, no physical examination in afternoon).

4. One 2-inch white background photo and passport is required.

5. If applicant needs to get the physical examination report in the day, he/she should departure from Huai'an at around 5 am and ensures to arrive at the physical examination center before 8:30 am.

6. No breakfast on the day of the physical examination.

7. Please wait patiently after the physical examination. Applicant can take the physical examination report after 4:00 PM.

8. If applicant cannot wait in Lianyungang, he/she can apply for a mail at the Physical Examination Center of Lianyungang Customs. The physical examination report will be mailed to applicants.

9. The physical examination fee is 490 Yuan per person, paid by international students. It can be paid by Alipay and WeChat.
