01 项目介绍 Program Introduction
在乡村振兴与生态文明建设深度融合的时代背景下，“区域现代农业发展与环境保护”项目以“科技赋能农业、文化滋养生态”为核心理念，面向青年群体打造融合学术探索、产业实践与文化传承的综合性研习平台。项目立足淮安地域特色，通过学术讲座、产业考察、生态调研与传统文化体验四大维度，系统性展示现代农业绿色转型的创新路径，同时探索农耕文明与现代生态理念的共生之道。
In the era of deep integration between rural revitalization and ecological civilization construction, the "Regional Modern Agricultural Development and Environmental Protection" project, with the core concept of "empowering agriculture with science and technology and nourishing ecology with culture", aims to create a comprehensive research and learning platform that integrates academic exploration, industrial practice and cultural inheritance for the youth. Based on the regional characteristics of Huai'an, the project systematically showcases the innovative paths of the green transformation of modern agriculture through four dimensions: academic lectures, industrial investigations, ecological research and traditional culture experiences, while exploring the coexistence of agricultural civilization and modern ecological concepts.
02 学校介绍 Introduction of JUST
淮阴师范学院创建于 1958 年，是一所省属本科高校。学校坐落于风景旖旎、人文荟萃的国家历史文化名城江苏省淮安市。学校专业设置涵盖理学、工学、经济学、法学、教育学、文学、历史学、管理学、艺术学等9个学科门类，现有全日制在校生2万余人。学校建有省部共建协同创新中心等科研平台31个，致力于前沿研究和跨学科合作。
Huaiyin Normal University (HNU) is a provincial university established in 1958. It is located in Huai’an City—a nationally recognized historical and cultural hub renowned for its picturesque landscapes and rich heritage. HNU offers a comprehensive academic portfolio, spanning nine major disciplines: science, engineering, economics, law, education, literature, history, management, and art. HNU enrolls over 20,000 full-time students. In addition to its strong academic foundation, HNU boasts 31scientific research platforms, including nationally and provincially co-constructed collaborative innovation centers, fostering cutting-edge research and interdisciplinary collaboration.
03 生命科学学院介绍 Introduction of the School of Life Sciences
生命科学学院现有生物科学、生物技术、生物工程等5个本科专业，其中生物科学专业通过师范专业国家二级认证，获江苏省一流专业，教育部“十二五”专业综合改革试点项目，江苏省品牌专业（A类），入选教育部《中美》“1+2+1”双学位项目，获首批国家一流专业建设点。现有教职工86人。专任教师中，90%以上具有博士学位，副高以上职称45名，博士、硕士生导师21名。生命科学学院拥有省级科技创新团队3个，建有江苏省科技厅外国专家工作室2个，省级以上科研、教学平台8个，在淮安国家农业科技园建立“江苏省现代农业技术与服务实践创新基地” 等15个校企联合培养基地。
The School of Life Sciences currently offers five undergraduate programs, including Biological Science, Biotechnology, and Bioengineering. Among these, the Biological Science program has achieved the following distinctions:
·National Level-2 Certification for Teacher Education Programs
·Jiangsu Provincial First-Class Major
·Comprehensive Reform Pilot Program under China’s 12th Five-Year Plan (Ministry of Education)
·Jiangsu Brand Major (Category A)
·Selected for the China-US “1+2+1”Dual-Degree Program (Ministry of Education)
·Recognized as a National First-Class Major Construction Site (First Batch)
The school has 86 faculty members, with over 90% holding doctoral degrees, including 45 associate professors or higher, and 21 doctoral/master’s supervisors. The school has three provincial-level scientific innovation teams, two Foreign Expert Workstations (Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology), and eight provincial-level research and teaching platforms. Besides, the school operates 15 university-enterprise joint training bases, including the Jiangsu Modern Agricultural Technology and Service Innovation Practice Base (located in the Huai’an National Agricultural Science and Technology Park).
04 课程设置 Curriculum
1.学术活动：邀请现代农业、环境保护领域知名学者开展丰富多彩的学术讲座，引领学生直面学科的前沿动态和最新成果，拓展学术视野。
Academic activities: Invite renowned scholars in modern agriculture and environmental protection to give a variety of academic lectures, guiding students to directly face the cutting-edge trends and latest achievements in their disciplines and broaden their academic horizons.
2.专业实践：通过参观现代农业相关企业、产业园区和产学研实践基地，使学员近距离了解区域现代农业与环境保护的发展概况，通过专业实践，培养学员理论知识与实践操作相结合的能力，实现“劳育”和“美育”的有机结合。
Professional Practice: By visiting modern agriculture-related enterprises, industrial parks and practice bases for industry-university-research collaboration, students can have a close-up understanding of the development overview of regional modern agriculture and environmental protection. Through professional practice, students' ability to combine theoretical knowledge with practical operation is cultivated, achieving the organic combination of "labor education" and "aesthetic education".
3.文化考察：通过参观淮安地方特色文化景点，如河下古镇、淮扬菜博物馆、淮安生态新城等，带领学生领略中国传统文化的独特韵味，并感受传统与现代生活的和谐之美。
Cultural Exploration: By visiting local cultural attractions with distinctive features in Huai'an, such as Heixia Ancient Town, Huaiyang Cuisine Museum, and Huai'an Ecological New Town, we aim to lead students to appreciate the unique charm of traditional Chinese culture and experience the harmonious beauty of traditional and modern life.
4.文化实践：通过古琴、书法、折纸等中国传统文化实践课程，帮助学生在动手实践过程中直观领略中国传统文化的魅力。
Cultural Practice: Through courses such as playing the guqin, calligraphy, origami and other traditional Chinese cultural practices, we aim to help students intuitively appreciate the charm of traditional Chinese culture during the process of hands-on practice.

07 招生对象 Targeted Applicants
1.年满18周岁，境外暑期来华留学生；
2.境外大学在读本科生或研究生及青年科研人员；
3.具备相关领域知识或对相关领域感兴趣；
4.如为全球农业科学、环境工程、生态学、生物学及相关领域的境外高校本科生、研究生或青年学者优先；
1. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and be international summer-study students coming to China from abroad;
2. Candidates should be undergraduate or graduate students of foreign universities or young researchers in the related fields;
3. Applicants should possess knowledge in the relevant fields or be interested in the related fields;
4. Those who are undergraduate or graduate students or young scholars from foreign universities majoring in global agricultural science, environmental engineering, ecology, biology and related fields are preferred.

1.项目学习期间的课时费、人文考察费、交通费、住宿费、餐费、活动物料费由淮阴师范学院承担；
2.免费提供实验器材、操作工具及参访交通；
3.配备双语助教，协助学术答疑与跨文化交流；
4.为特殊饮食需求（如清真、素食）提供专属菜单；
5.国际旅费、签证费、保险费需学员自理。

1. The course fees, cultural exploration expenses, transportation costs, accommodation charges, meal expenses, and activity material costs during the project learning period shall be borne by Huaiyin Normal University.
2. Experimental equipment, operation tools and transportation for visiting are provided free of charge.
3. A bilingual teaching assistant will be assigned to assist with academic inquiries and cross-cultural communication.
4. Special dietary needs (such as halal and vegetarian) will be provided with dedicated menus.
5. International travel expenses, visa fees and insurance premiums are the responsibility of the students themselves.
